DOOWIN water bladder tanks for agricultural water are one economical storage solution for emergency or long time water storage. Our agricultural water tanks are made of specially designed PVC or TPU coating fabric. These collapsible water pillow tanks also can be used to store gray water, service water, black water, wastewater, production fluids, brine, and various other type waters. Collapsible water bladder can be folded flat for easy storage and shipment, and easy to fill and drain.
Agricultural water tanks are designed with several different materials to match different water types needing to be stored for recreational facilities, mining, industrial facilities, municipal, military, construction site, and other application. Please refer to its application.
Agricultural Water Tanks Construction
Please refer below general drawing for the small, middle and large agricultural water tanks. We also make made the customized design upon request.
Inlet Fittings: The standard filling fitting is 2”, 3” and 4” high quality PP flange with cam-lock with one safety cap (refer below picture). The other material filling port and camlock are available upon request. We can do aluminum or stainless steel flange and cam-lock, with stainless steel or brass ball valves.
Outlet Fittings: The standard filling fitting is 2”, 3” and 4” high quality PP flange with cam-lock with one safety cap (refer below picture). The other material filling port and camlock are available upon request. We can do aluminum or stainless steel flange and cam-lock, with stainless steel or brass ball valves.
Optional: Ground sheet can protect your pillow tanks. It will be supplied upon request.

Innovative HF Welding Technology
DOOWIN pillow tanks use HF welding technology. The HF welding seams have better tensile strength than the hot-air welding seams. It has more stable performance, not easy to separate for long term storage.
Traditional Hot-Air Welding Technology
We abandon the traditional hot-air welding technology. The hot-air welding seams are not persistent. The seam is easy to seperate. Some inferior bladders prefer this welding.

DOOWIN use the top grade fabric for these agricultural water tanks.
The fabrics are coated with PVC or Polyurethane (TPU) depending on the type of liquid you want to store in pillow tanks, storage environment, and intended storage time. Fabrics may change in weight or in thickness depending on your specific storage application.
Our collapsible water storage pillow tanks are made of extremely robust flexible fabric material. These fabrics have high-strength polyester base fabric and special inner coating. It has super high UV resistant, or oil resistant. It cannot be cracked after long time use.

Important Notice: Please don’t always focus on the strength and thickness of fabric material. It is only is one side of good material. The most important point is the PVC/TPU coating formula. It can ensure the material has the best UV resistance, oil resistance, abrasion resistance, fire resistance, and other performance.

This water bladders cannot be used for drinking water. Please refer the potable drinking water pillow tanks to know more.
We use the top grade fabric for these non-potable water bladders. The fabrics are coated with PVC or Polyurethane (TPU) depending on the type of liquid you want to store in pillow tanks, storage environment, and intended storage time. Fabrics may change in weight or in thickness depending on your specific storage application.
We will provide buyers manufacturer certificate free of charge. We also can provide third party certificate upon customer’s request.
We have different design for different storage requirements. There are 3 years, 5 years, 7 years, 10 years design. But it also is based on the application environment.
We provide warranty period for 2 years.
