DOOWIN drinking water storage tanks are small size commercial collapsible bladder tanks. It is one kind versatile potable water bladder storage tanks. It can be used for boat, yacht, truck, camping, and other locations for emergency or long-term drinking water storage.
DOOWIN water bladder tanks are constructed from top grade fabric for the potable water made in Germany. These fabric materials are certificated with the American NSF/ANSI 61 standards. All DOOWIN drinking water storage tanks meet or exceed all standards of NSF 61 specification. So you can be assured that our portable water tank does not pose any risk of contamination to drinking water
Drinking Water Storage Tanks Construction
Our drinking water storage tanks are small size from 100L to 3,000L. Each water bladder tanks includes below items:
Water Bladder Tanks: the drinking water storage tanks are constructed from top grade fabric for the potable water NSF/ANSI 61, KTW, ACS approved. All seams are weld by HF welding technology, without using any glue or hot-air. It ensures the bladders no taste or odor.
Filling Fittings: we use the aluminum, stainless steel or PP flange and 1-1/2’’ cam-lock with one safety cap. When filling pure drinking water, the user can take offer the safety cap, connect the male com-lock end with the female com-lock end of filling hose. Or, put the filling hose into the com-lock directly.
Outlet Fittings: we use the aluminum, stainless steel or PP outlet port flange. Then, connect with one 90 degree elbow and one 1’’ stainless steel ball valves, end with one PP hose nozzle.
Water Hose: we will provide one 2m length potable water hose with nozzle for each bladder. The longer hoses are available upon request.
Ground Sheets: the standard ground sheet is white color. it is optional parts. I will be supplied upon request.
Tie-Down System: there are fours mooring points on the water bladders. The users can use the rope or belts connect it with the boat to fix.
Optional Accessories: we also supply the hand bags, sun-shield and other accessories upon your request.

Innovative HF Welding Technology
We use HF welding technology. The HF welding seams have better tensile strength than the hot-air welding seams. It has more stable performance, not easy to separate for long term storage.
Traditional Hot-Air Welding Technology
We abandon the traditional hot-air welding technology. The hot-air welding seams are not persistent. The seam is easy to seperate. Some inferior bladders prefer this welding.
