DOOWIN collapsible fuel bladder tanks, known as fuel bladders, are ideal easy fuel storage solution. The collapsible fuel bladder tanks are flat when empty and low profile after filled with fuel. We have small fuel tanks for the easy handle and large durable fuel containers for long-term storage. The biggest capacity can reach 800,000L.
These collapsible fuel bladder tanks are constructed using the supreme heavy-duty TPU coating fabric. The best TPU coating fabrics satisfy the highest demands for store heavy chemical liquid due to their excellent material properties. Fuel Bladder Tanks Construction
Please refer below general drawing for the small, middle and large fuel bladder tanks.
Inlet Fittings: The standard filling fitting is 2”, 3” and 4” high quality stainless steel flange with stainless steel ball valves and cam-lock with one safety cap. The other material filling port and camlock are available upon request. We also can do aluminum flange and cam-lock, or PP flange and ball valves .
Outlet Fittings: The standard filling fitting is 2”, 3” and 4” high quality stainless steel flange with stainless steel ball valves and cam-lock with one safety cap. The other material filling port and camlock are available upon request. We also can do aluminum flange and cam-lock, or PP flange and ball valves .
Optional: Ground sheet can protect your pillow tanks. It will be supplied upon request.

Innovative HF Welding Technology
DOOWIN pillow tanks use HF welding technology. The HF welding seams have better tensile strength than the hot-air welding seams. It has more stable performance, not easy to separate for long term storage.
Traditional Hot-Air Welding Technology
We abandon the traditional hot-air welding technology. The hot-air welding seams are not persistent. The seam is easy to seperate. Some inferior bladders prefer this welding.

The most important point is the PVC/TPU coating formula. It can ensure the material have best UV resistance, oil resistance, abrasion resistance, fire resistance and other performance.
We will provide buyers manufacturer certificate free of charge. We also can provide third party certificate upon customer’s request.
We have different design for different storage requirements. There are 3 years, 5 years, 7 years, 10 years design. But it also is based on the application environment.
We provide warranty period for 2 years.
