Collapsible gray water pillow tanks are an economical storage solution for the emergency or long time gray water storage, or non-potable water storage. DOOWIN gray water pillow tanks are made of specially designed PVC or TPU coating fabric. These collapsible gray water pillow tanks can be used to store gray water, service water, wastewater, production fluids, brine, and various other type waters. Collapsible gray water pillow tanks can be folded flat for easy storage and shipment, and easy to fill and drain.

Inlet Fittings: The standard filling fitting is 2”, 3” and 4” high quality PP flange with cam-lock with one safety cap (refer below picture). The other material filling port and camlock are available upon request. We can do aluminum or stainless steel flange and cam-lock, with stainless steel or brass ball valves.
Outlet Fittings: The standard filling fitting is 2”, 3” and 4” high quality PP flange with cam-lock with one safety cap (refer below picture). The other material filling port and camlock are available upon request. We can do aluminum or stainless steel flange and cam-lock, with stainless steel or brass ball valves.
Optional: Ground sheet can protect your pillow tanks. It will be supplied upon request.

Innovative HF Welding Technology
DOOWIN pillow tanks use HF welding technology. The HF welding seams have better tensile strength than the hot-air welding seams. It has more stable performance, not easy to separate for long term storage.
Traditional Hot-Air Welding Technology
We abandon the traditional hot-air welding technology. The hot-air welding seams are not persistent. The seam is easy to seperate. Some inferior bladders prefer this welding.
Gray Water Pillow Tanks Material
DOOWIN use the top grade fabric for these gray water storage pillow tanks.
The fabrics are coated with PVC or Polyurethane (TPU) depending on the type of liquid you want to store in pillow tanks, storage environment, and intended storage time. Fabrics may change in weight or in thickness depending on your specific storage application.
Our collapsible bladder pillow tanks are made of extremely robust flexible fabric material. These fabrics have high-strength polyester base fabric and special inner coating. It has super high UV resistant, or oil resistant. It cannot be cracked after long time use.

The common gray water pillow tanks cannot be used to store the potable drinking water. But, we make the potable water pillow tank. Our potable water tank’s fabric material is certificated comply with NSF/ANSI 61 drinking water standard. No taste or odor. Suitable for long-term storage potable drinking water.
We have material from 0.8mm to 2.0mm for different application. Please donot always focus on the strength and thickness of fabric material. It is only is one side of good material. The most important point is the PVC/TPU coating formula. It can ensure the material have best UV resistance, oil resistance, abrasion resistance, fire resistance and other performance.
We will provide buyers manufacturer certificate free of charge. We also can provide third party certificate upon customer’s request.
We have different design for different storage requirements. There are 3 years, 5 years, 7 years, 10 years design. But it also is based on the application environment.
We provide warranty period for 2 years.
